payment

For bookings made before November 1st we require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. Final payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival transfer. Full payment is required if your transfer date is within 6 weeks of the reservation date. No reminder will be sent.

Payment can be made in euros and can be made by credit or debit card.

If you wish to pay by cash the booking must be held on a credit card. Please phone our office with your card details.

You will be emailed a confirmation which will have all details on it which is also your ticket. Please check this carefully and email us back if anything is not correct.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. All bookings are made with Ski-Magic transfers and are subject to the following terms and conditions.
  2. All prices are in Euros and include all taxes and tolls but payment can be made in sterling and is subject to the exchange rate at the time of booking.
  3. Payment can be made by credit or debit card or bank transfer. Cash payments can also be made but the booking must be held on a credit card. Please phone our office with card number
  4. The deposit will be refunded for any cancellations made at last 30 days before the time of travel. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing by email. No refunds shall be given for any cancellations made after this date (30 days).
  5. Your reservation is NOT guaranteed until a deposit has been paid and you have received confirmation by Ski Magic Transfers. The confirmation is your ticket so please bring it with you.
  6. Ski Magic has the right to cancel the booking at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. A full refund will be given in these unlikely circumstances.
  7. The client shall mean the person is whose name the booking is made and includes all other persons on whose behalf the booking is made.
  8. Child seats and boosters will be provided by Ski Magic, if requested. It is the responsibility of the client to give us notice at the time of booking to ensure availability. Parents or guardians must fasten and secure them in to the vehicle.
  9. Each passenger is entitled to 2 x items of luggage including a ski or snowboard bag. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. In the event of a client arriving with excess luggage, Ski Magic Transfers reserves the right to refuse to transport the items.
  10. Ski Magic transfers accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged luggage/items in transit. Please ensure that all items are clearly marked with the owners name and address and that your travel insurance covers you for such losses or damage.
  11. Ski Magic Transfers reserves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour is thought to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or other passengers.
  12. Passengers are not permitted to smoke, drink alcohol or use illegal drugs whilst in our vehicles.
  13. Requests to stop for shopping or other non essential items are entirely at the discretion of the driver and depend upon his schedule and cannot be pre-booked.
  14. We appreciate that there are sometimes delays beyond the control of the passenger for reasons such as weather and we will endeavour to accommodate your party wherever possible. If the delay becomes unreasonable or causes considerable scheduling difficulties, we reserve the right to suspend the booking.
  15. As soon as you become aware of a delay of more than 60 minutes it is your responsibility to contact us to ensure that we are able to re-schedule your transfer if we need to. An additional fee may be charged if we do need to re-schedule your transfer.
  16. If the client is diverted to an alternative airport or station we will endeavour to accommodate you but this is subject to our schedule. Additional costs may apply and will be advised at the time of the re-schedule.
  17. Ski Magic transfers or its reperesentatives will make every effort to ensure that your vehicle arrives on time for your transfer and reaches its destination on time but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or missed flights which are beyond our control. Circumstances beyond our control include but are not restricted to Vehicle breakdown
    Road closure or restricted access of the intended route
    Traffic delays
    Flight or train delays
    Severe weather conditions
    Accidents causing delays
    Circumstances affecting passenger or driver safety
    Delays caused by passengers
